The Richard Scott Sculpture Gallery is now hosting its Annual Summer Exhibition at Ballymaloe House in East Co. Cork. I was delighted to be exhibiting 3 works at the Exhibition this year – “Nurture”, “Streedagh” and “Spindle”. Nurture and Streedagh were made especially for the Ballymaloe Exhibition and Spindle was shown last year (2020) at Birr Castle.
The exhibition opened on the June 17th. It was a lovely evening, Ballymaloe House and Richie Scott did a brilliant job for the opening. The exhibition is on until August 31st, it is a great place to visit.
Join Richard Scott Wednesday @ noon or Thursday evening at 6pm throughout the summer on the lawn in front of Ballymaloe House for a summer drink and free one hour guided tour of the exhibition which this year will showcase the unique, rich and diverse works. It was great to catch up with a few fellow sculptors after a long 15months. Life is slowly getting back to normal. A big thank you to Richie Scott of Richard Scott Sculpture Gallery and Hazel Allen of Ballymaloe House.
